Two worlds, one network.
Portugal is not a business idea to me, it is where I come from. I grew up between Germany and Portugal, with both languages and both mentalities. Long tables under the vines, the olive harvest with my family, the light over the Douro: I don't know this life from brochures. It is mine.
Professionally I come from a different world: for over a decade I have been negotiating complex contracts for international corporations, at board level and under pressure. You can tell in the way I work, prepared, precise, accountable. Here the stakes are simply different: not technology, but a home in a country whose language and rules you don't yet know.
What I do for German-speaking buyers in Portugal runs from the first conversation through viewings, due diligence and the notary to the renovation. And I tell you beforehand which side I am on in the case at hand and who pays me, in the first sentence, not the small print. What I promise sounds unspectacular, yet has become rare: honesty, availability, and a network of people I trust myself.
Between two worlds
Raised with two languages and two mentalities. Northern Portugal is family to me, not a holiday destination.
Ten years at the table
Complex contracts for international corporations. That is where you learn to listen, to count carefully and to keep your word.
Deliberately small
A practice in Porto, few clients, full attention. Good work does not come from volume.
